IowaWatch reporter and assistant editor Sarah Hadley and executive director-editor Lyle Muller were the guests on the Tuesday, Dec. 16, “Your Town” show on KXIC radio, AM 800, in Iowa City.

Host Jay Capron talked with Hadley, a University of Iowa senior, about reporting she has done on the failure of Iowa’s texting-while-driving laws to reduce traffic accidents significantly. Her reporting includes a multimedia report and a video report. Muller talked about IowaWatch’s News Quiz feature, which Capron used in a segment following IowaWatch’s, and other stories planned by the non-profit news organization.
