IowaWatchConnection_2015Agriculture is Iowa’s top business, but it’s also the state’s most deadly. Yet, many farmers are opposed to further government regulations that would interfere with how farmers engage in safety at their workplace.

New technologies and efforts to spread education about farm safety could help keep farmers safe. The main question becomes: how do you get farmers to adapt to these technologies and engage in safe practices.
