Report: Iowa an exception as preschool enrollment increases

A national report shows Iowa preschool enrollment numbers increased while national numbers stagnated. One Ames-based preschool program has seen increased enrollment since funding started for a 2007 voluntary preschool program. Research shows reading levels have improved for the children involved in the program.
